Experienced an issue with our steering. I was able to book an appointment easily, diagnosed our issue and received an automated text with repairs and cost which you can approve online. The only down side is they are busy, which is great people trust their vehicles to be repaired there. Daniel is honest, straightforward and delivers a great service to customers. Their mechanics are top notch. Overall a great experience and definitely found a new place to service and repair our vehicles. Thank you

First of all they came with a very strong reference from Dan Vaden Cadillac. I just gifted myself a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible for father's day and I wanted some minor things done and no one at the Cadillac dealerships in Savannah, Jacksonville, Bluffton, or Charleston had any mechanics that was willing to work on it. So I gave Daniel a call and told him what I needed and he and his staff took care of me. In fact I recommend anyone with a classic car to give them a visit. Clinton Young

I had a good experience at East Coast Car Care. Friendly, helpful and job was done quickly. I believe the price was reasonable. Car repairs are costly but necessary, especially when your AC quit! Thanks to Daniel for taking care of me and explaining what was needed.

I brought my old lady car in after we went across the country for an assessment, new tires, oil change, and alignment. They identified I need a new battery and were able to replace my spare and another bent wheel. It was reasonable and quick in my experience. The team was compassionate and knowledgeable and I have found my car doctor!
